Mr Felix M. Ferreira

Felix was until he recently retired the former Angola Governor for OPEC, Angola being one of the 12 member countries of OPEC.

He is fluent in Portuguese, Polish, German, Spanish, French and Czech and holds a Master of Science in Economics and a bachelor’s degree.

Felix headed the Products and Gas Department in the trading sector of the national oil company of Angola (Sociedade Nacional de Combustiveis de Angola).

As duty to the Head of Operations and Commercial Exports in 1989, he was appointed Director of the Commercial Exports Department responsible for the execution of all Sonangol’s crude oil export contracts.
